SHIPPING & PRODUCTION 

ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED 10-17 BUSINESS DAYS WHICH FOR OUR COMPANY IS ONLY TUESDAY-FRIDAY AND 15-30 BUSINESS DAYS IF ORDERED DURING A PEAK TIME AS HOLIDAYS OR PROM SEASON.  AFTER STRIPE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED (PLEASE READ PROCESSING TERMS ABOVE) PRODUCTION WILL BEGIN.   WE ONLY PROCESS ON TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY NO MONDAYS WEEKENDS (SATURDAY OR SUNDAYS) OR HOLIDAYS. PACKAGES ARE SENT VIA USPS FOR PRIORITY AND FEDEX EXPRESS FOR RUSH DELIVERIES 

Placing an order with AUDACIOUSANDFERAL.com means you have read and are agreeing to all of the stated terms and conditions throughout. Because of the exclusive nature of our products and fabrics we must strictly adhere to these policies.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from audaciousandferal.com. We understand things happen! You may exchange most merchandise for an exchange or store credit minus the shipping charges, 7 business days after purchase. Audacious & Feral (tm) accepts exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 business days of delivery confirmation. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way WON'T be accepted for return and/or exchange. ALL Item(s) must be free of visible signs of wear and tear including but not limited to sweat, make-up, marks, odors or perfume etc.

All items returned for exchange and or store credit must be approved by Customer Care and must have the original garment tags attached. The item(s) will be refused and sent back to you if they do not comply with the terms stated above.

Please allow up to 5 business days from when your package is delivered back to us for returned items to be processed. Store credit and exchange will be processed after we have inspected your items and confirmed that they are in their original condition.

Audacious Feral is not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit. We suggest you select delivery confirmation and insurance when shipping the item(s) back to us as this will provide you with remedy with the shipping company if an issue does arise. Once the item(s) is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation in regards to the next steps. Please note exchanges and or store credits are processed as a new order and will not be expedited.

Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact customer service for assistance to ensure that we have additional sizes available at time of exchange approval.

Audacious Feral reserves the right to refuse excessive exchange and store credit returns.

After an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 business hours. After 24 business hours of being placed and processed, we will only provide a store credit. We apologize for the inconvenience.
